OVO AWARDED BEST PLACE TO WORK FOR WOMEN AND TOP 10 FOR VERY BIG ORGANISATION IN THE SUNDAY TIMES’ BEST PLACES TO WORK

• The Sunday Times launched its workplace awards to recognise and celebrate the best places to work in Britain.

Bristol, 12th May 2023: OVO Energy has been awarded Best Place to Work for Women and Top 10 for Very Big Organisation in the exclusive Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023 awards.

The nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates Britain’s top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, those with a disability, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing. Organisations asked their people questions on empowerment, reward and recognition, job satisfaction, information sharing, well-being and instilling pride.

OVO launched its highly progressive people offer for its 5,000 UK team members, putting our green ethos and flexibility right at the centre. The people offer also includes unlimited compassionate and pregnancy loss leave.  OVO’s people can also take advantage of fully flexible working, ‘moments that matter’ and ‘recharge’ leave  – creating space to connect with phases in their life that deeply matter.
