OVO appoints Lauren Lewis as Chief Operating Officer

London, Thursday 15th May: OVO, one of the UK’s leading energy providers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Lewis as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Lauren steps into the role following a successful period as Interim COO. Lauren will be responsible for overseeing the operational activity of OVO’s customer facing care teams.

Since joining OVO in 2020 she’s led the business through its journey to a scaled retailer; pushing boundaries and finding new ways to improve operational outcomes. Prior to OVO, Lauren worked as a management consultant specialising in long term energy retail transformation.

Lauren will report directly to OVO’s CEO David Buttress and starts the role immediately.
