At OVO and StepChange we both know that the cost of energy is one of the biggest concerns facing customers right now.
What to do when you need help
As an energy supplier, our responsibility at OVO to look after customers has never been more urgent. Last week was Debt Awareness Week, and so we’re working with StepChange to make sure that as many people as possible are aware of the free, expert, confidential support that is available.

From debt and budgeting advice to help with equity release and mortgage products, over the past 30 years StepChange has helped over 7.5 million people in the UK regain control of their finances and get back on track.

You can access StepChange’s online debt advice 24/7 at www.stepchange.org
3.Check if you’re entitled to additional benefits
The government offers a variety of support for vulnerable and low-income households.
These include:
We’re proud to work with StepChange as they work hard to transform the lives of people across the UK managing problem debt.
